1st Annual Chicago Cup

Sunday Day 2

    What a day! The morning weather was a lot like the previous day, it looked like it may rain. It didn't take long before it was easy to tell the weather forecast for "no rain" would be right on the mark. I have to take a moment to talk about something very dear to me, food. Gary Awalt did another fantastic job with the grill, Im  sure you will all agree on that. The concession stand was well run by Kath and Bruce Lent. You guys really raised the comfort and enjoyment level, thanks.

    The FITA round was shot in very comfortable weather and many fine scores were shot. I overheard several people say they shot their personal best. Terry Brandenburgs 1335 was the meet high, nice job Terry.
